Container quality also plays a key role in eliminating chemical storage risks. Use a container that is well sealed, intact and is light-proof. Further, regular monitoring and maintenance of containers/cabinets help mitigate risks related to leaks, light exposure, etc.

3. Follow Good Labelling Practices

                                 

Proper labeling practice is also an essential element of safe chemical storage. While labeling containers, use clear and precise product ids, standard pictograms, hazard statements, precautionary statements, etc.
